Costs, time and quality are tracked by our project management and can also be constantly checked by the customer. Payment is made per month and not by advance payment. The quality and the work results of the developers can be checked directly via the previously defined work packages and milestones and evaluated by the customer.

If in doubt, the customer can jump out after the first month if he is not satisfied. External code reviews are also possible. Validations and working according to best practices enable the customer to further project security. In short, the customer always sees exactly what he is getting from us.

That is why every potential customer receives a tailor-made offer from us with the work steps that appear suitable and sensible for the project at this point in time. Then the coordination of the individual suppliers such as graphics and design, introduction to project control with Asana, Slack or a tool desired by the customer, definition of the first work packages and milestones, coordination of the project start, adjustments and changes to the requirements, new time estimates and, if necessary, take place Reinforcement of the project team. Due to our flexible way of working, the customer does not necessarily buy a large package from the start, but can split it up into small work steps. We communicate regularly with the customer and report on the current status in reporting. Thanks to this flexible way of working, we can react at any point in the project should there be sudden changes on the customer side.
